We are not the operator of record for any well. Other companies operate the leases we hold interests in. We run no refineries, terminals, or storage. We are not a trader, a broker, or a mandate for anyone. And we have never sold crude oil, refined product, asphalt, or bitumen to any buyer, anywhere.
So if someone using this company's name has offered to sell you petroleum product, it is not us — and it is not a real transaction.

A site at alcopetrol.com, registered in February 2025, publishes our legal name, our Texas file number, and a Dallas address associated with this company, and uses them to solicit payment for crude oil, refined products, asphalt, and bitumen. It has no connection to this company. We have never authorized it, corresponded through it, or received a cent from it.
